Food Hygiene Courses
Our Food Hygiene courses are accredited by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health. We run two courses: the level two Food Safety in Catering course is suitable for those handling and preparing food on a day-to-day basis; the level three Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering course is suitable for those in a supervisory or managerial capacity within an organisation or department that handles or prepares food.

- Food Safety in Catering Level 2 (1 Day) - Monday 18th July
- Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering Level 3 (2 days) - Tuesday 19th July and Wednesday 20th July
